The Aston Martin Vanquish Super GT is expected to be on European roads by the end of the year

Aston Martin has released the first video of the new Aston Martin Vanquish Super GT in motion.

The short video shows the Super Grand Tourer tackle a range of European roads, including clips of the sports car being driven in anger.

Details of the Vanquish, which Aston Martin has described ‘a thoroughbred British luxury sports car that’s also suited to everyday use’, were announced in June.

The car manufacturer claims the 6.0-litre 12V supercar puts out 573 PS, has a top speed of 294 kph and can go from 0-100kph in 4.1seconds.

Aston Martin chief executive, Dr Ulrich Bez said: ‘We know from the feedback we have received for other images of Vanquish that Aston Martin owners, enthusiasts and friends of the brand worldwide are very keen to see much more of our incomparable new sports car.

‘I’m very happy to say that, via www.astonmartin.com we can now offer everyone an exciting new view of the great new Vanquish.’

The Aston Martin Vanquish Super GT is expected to cost from STG£189,995, with the first cars being delivered in late 2012.
