Prices for the new Fiat 500L MPW people carrier start from €23,550
The new Fiat 500L MPW has arrived in Ireland, joining the Fiat 500L and the Fiat 500L Trekking.
Fiat is describing this as the most compact 5+2 seater in its segment. The Italian car maker says, however, that a person of 5ft 4in in height would be comfortable in the rear most seats.
With the third row of seats folded into the floor, the Fiat 500L MPW has a load capacity of 638 litres and Fiat says it’s ‘a credible alternative to a traditional C-segment estate’.
The people carrier also offers a degree of personalisation, with seven body colours, nine bi-colour combinations and nine alloy wheel choices available.
Two trim levels will be offered in Ireland, Pop Star and Lounge. Standard features on the entry level Pop Star include cruise control, air conditioning, five-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with UConnect and remote controls as well as 16” alloys.
Meanwhile, move up to the Lounge trim and some of the additional features include rear electric windows, dual-zone automatic climate control; automatic lights and wipers and a panoramic sunroof.
A choice of three engines is available – a 105hp 0.9 TwinAir petrol (6-speed manual); a 85hp 1.3 MultiJet (5-speed manual or 5-speed Dualogic automatic transmission) and a 105hp 1.6-litre MultiJet (6-speed manual).
Prices for the new Fiat 500L MPW start from €23,550 and a five-year warranty is standard.
